Goes To: Dr. Audrey Reed of Palm Springs
As a young girl Dr. Audrey Reed lived to dance ballet. She became a professional ballet dancer, until the time that she was injured and her aspiring career halted. After a time of healing and meditation, Audrey employed her reservoir of intense discipline and focus to become the Corporate Senior Vice President of the Clark Group Inc. Then she created Clark World Systems, Inc., where she was president and owner. Along the way, she managed to earn a Doctorate Degree in Spiritual Studies. These days she volunteers and greatly supports the Desert Cities Women’s Show, Shelter From the Storm, and the American Heart Association.
Dr. Audrey is on the Board of Imagine the Good and the Old Town Artisans Studio. With the rest of the hours in the day, she co-produces “Cabaraet” at UCSB with Jane Treacy and she mentors at the Institute for Spiritual Studies. Dr. Audrey is deeply involved with the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers.
Dr. Audrey has said, “If my brain says go ahead and my body and heart don’t say the same thing, I don’t go forward.” Imagine if we all led with our hearts! In appreciation of Dr. Audrey Reed’s good work and heart connection in all she does, we present her with the Going Organic Guide’s, “Making a Positive Difference Award.”
Dr. Patricia Bragg also congratulates Dr. Audrey and wants to present her with one of her Healthy Lifestyle’s books. Bravo dear Dr. Audrey!
